Uses of Ambient Light in Filmmaking:
- Creates realistic and natural-looking scenes.
- Helps maintain continuity with minimal artificial lighting.
- Often used in documentaries, indie films, and low-budget productions to enhance authenticity.
Note: While ambient light is often desirable, filmmakers may use reflectors, diffusers, or additional lights to control its effect.
