Below the Line (BTL) Cost<\/strong> refers to all production costs excluding<\/strong> major creative talent expenses (Above the Line<\/a> – ATL<\/strong>). These costs cover the technical crew, equipment, locations, post-production, marketing, and other physical production expenses<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
