Responsibilities of a Production Coordinator

  3. Crew & Talent Coordination – Assists with hiring and organizing call sheets.
  4. Paperwork Management – Handles contracts, permits, release forms, and insurance documents.
  5. Travel & Accommodation – Arranges transportation and lodging for cast and crew.
  6. Communication Hub – Acts as a link between departments, keeping information flowing.
  7. Office & Production Supplies – Ensures necessary supplies are available on set.
  8. Budget Tracking – Works with the production accountant to monitor costs.

  1. Producers & Line Producers – Assists in production planning and budgeting.
  2. Directors & Assistant Directors – Helps coordinate logistics for shooting days.
  3. Casting & Talent Managers – Ensures actors have proper schedules and paperwork.
  4. Location Managers – Helps secure filming locations and necessary permits.
  5. Art & Costume Departments – Coordinates deliveries of props and wardrobe.
  6. Post-Production Team – Organizes documentation and materials needed for editing.
